O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to the 2nd respondent to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.Gopalakrishnan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that the complaint has been sent by post. Hence, the petitioner is directed to submit a copy of the complaint dated 23.07.2015 in person to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
