This petition having been posted this day for being mentioned pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10/08/2021 and made herein and in the presence of M/S.P.VIJENDRAN, Advocate, for the petitioner and of Mr. M/S. A.GOPINATH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order:- The matter is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the trial Court has totally relaxed the condition imposed to coaccused and therefore, he prays that similar order may be passed in the present case also.

3. This Court is not accept the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and this Court is not bound by any order passed by the trial Court. Therefore, the said contentions of the learned counsel for the petitioner is rejected and no order is passed in this petition.
