This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to complete the trial of O.P.No.3060 of 2010 pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai within the stipulated time. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the typed

set of papers. Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondent is dispensed with.

3.The petitioner filed a petition for divorce which was taken on file as O.P.No.3060 of 2010. The respondent/husband filed another petition for restitution of conjugal rights in O.P.No.3618 of 2010. It is further submitted that already joint trial has been ordered and both the cases were pending on the file of the II Additional Family Court, Chennai. Since the matter is pending for the past five years, I am of the view that it is a fit case to order early disposal. Therefore, the II Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of both the cases, namely, O.P.No.3060 of 2010 and O.p.No.3618 of 21010 within six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
