Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the entire records of the impugned order of refusal of registration in RFL/Hozur/8/2023 dated 12.01.2023 refusing to register the Sale Deed dated 12.12.2022 on the file of the third respondent/Sub Registrar, Hosur, Krishnagiri District and quash the same, consequently direct the third respondent to register the sale deed dated 12.12.2022 presented by the petitioner within the stipulated time period.

ORDER
