ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records with regard to the confiscation order Na.Ka.No.40/ADSP/PEW/2015 dated 16.05.2015 on the file of the Additional Superintendent of Police, PEW, Tiruvarur and quash the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is challenging the order dated 16.05.2015 passed by the respondent herein under the provisions of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

4. In the considered opinion of this Court, the petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is not maintainable. Hence, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
