ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32050 of 2024 in Crime No.219 of 2024 by an Page No.1 of 4
order dated 21.12.2024, the petitioner(s) shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30 p.m., until further orders.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court; and that the charge sheet has been filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.4(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.32050 of 2024 dated 21.12.2024 is relaxed.
