ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.04.2021 for the alleged offences under Sections 6(4) of the Tamil Nadu Scheduled Commodities (RDCS) Order, 1982 r/w Section 7(i) (a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Crime No.92 of 2021. He seeks bail.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner has already been detained under the Prevention of Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980.

4. Hence, nothing survives for further consideration for the present.
