ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce Minor Thilagavathy, aged about 16 years, daughter of the petitioner, before this Court and to give her to the custody of the petitioner, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue has been secured and produced before the Mahila Court, Vellore on 17.05.2019 and thereafter handed over to the parents. It is further submitted that the third respondent has been arrested and remanded to judicial custody.

3.In such view of the matter, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
