(Judgment of Court was made by The Honourable Chief Justice) The petitioner seeks to raise a four year old issue by filing a Public Interest Litigation alleging encroachment. If there is an existing encroachment, G.O.Ms.No.540 dated 04.12.2014 dealt with in our order dated 11.08.2015 in W.P.No.26722 of 2013 provides the mechanism for the same for the petitioner to avail of the remedy available under the said Government Order.

2. The writ petition stands dismissed with the aforesaid observation. No costs.
