ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to serve the summon to the accused in C.C.No.71 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tambaram, Chengalpattu District.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that due to Trifurcation of Commissionerate, the case was transferred to Tambaram Commissionerate, hence there is a delay. The inspector undertakes to take necessary steps to serve summons on the petitioner as early as possible once the summon is obtained from the concerned Court.

3.The above said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. The Criminal Original Petition stands closed accordingly.
