Seeking a direction to produce the minor child Sharvin, aged about 8 years, who has been illegally detained by the third respondent, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the father of the detenu.

2. After the appearance of the detenu and taking note of the fact that the dispute is a matrimonial one, a reference was made to the Mediation Centre.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the mediation failed.

4. As we find no illegal detention involved, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
