...respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for records relating to the impugned oder of the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.5179/2014/A5, dated 03.01.2015, quash the same, and consequently direct the respondents herein to continue to pay the Destitute Widow Pension (No.1967) regularly as per the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in his Ne.Mu.2437/2002 (A4) dated 25.02.2022 including the arrears of the pension due and payable to the petitioner from August 2014 to till date.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
