ORDER

This petition has been filed praying for a direction, directing the respondent to investigate the complaint in Crime No.140/2015 and file the final report.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that there is a case in counter and the counter case has been registered in Crime No.139 of 2015.

3. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime Nos.139 and 140 of 2015 and take action in accordance with law.
