(The case has been heard through video conference) This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to amend the petitioner name as Tamil @ Tamizhsudar instead of Tamil @ Tamizhsundar in Crl.OP.No.6421 of 2021, in which this Court had granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 09.04.2021.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the order dated 09.04.2021 passed in Crl. O.P. No.6421 of 2021 and and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
