sms 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case, investigation has been completed and final report also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.19 of 2023.
3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
