ORDER

Writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to correct the petitioner's date of birth as 30.11.1985 instead of 30.10.1985, in light of the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2025.

2. It is seen from the records that the said representation dated 03.03.2025 was already considered by the respondents and the same was rejected by order dated 20.03.2025.

3. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to challenge the said rejection order dated 20.03.2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 20.03.2025 passed by the respondent, in the manner known to law. No costs.
