Petition filed under Section 433 (e) read with Sections 434(1)(a) and 439(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 1956 praying for an order directing the Respondent Company namely, Aqua Designs India Private Limited be wound up under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956); for the appointment of the Official Liquidator, High Court, Madras, to take charge of the assets of the Respondent Company namely, Aqua Designs India Private Limited; for an order directing the Respondent Company to pay the costs.
