ORDER

[made by M.SUNDAR, J.] After some arguments, Mr. M. Sarathkumar, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'writ petition' (hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity) but made a plea to preserve all the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to give a fresh representation and if it becomes necessary, come to this Court if there is inaction. To be noted, this became necessary owing to errors that have crept in qua survey numbers in the representations already sent. In this view of the matter, request of the learned counsel is acceded to.
