ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioners on 20.02.2025, wherein, the petitioners have sought for survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries.
2.Heard Mr.M.Marudhachalam, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and Mr.S.Jayachandran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 1 st respondent.
3.The 1 st petitioner is relying upon the Sale Deed dated 27.01.2021 and the 2 nd petitioner is relying upon the Settlement Deed dated 22.11.2024. The 1 st
3/6 petitioner relying upon the patta granted in Patta No.549 and the 2 nd petitioner is relying upon the patta granted in Patta No.550. They made an online application on 20.02.2025 after paying necessary charges requesting for conducting survey in the subject property. Since the same was not acted upon, a representation was made on 24.02.2025, which also did not evoke any response. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioners on 20.02.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title document and the patta that stands in the name of the petitioners and this process shall be completed, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any other interested parties, such survey shall be conducted in their presence.
