PRAYER:
Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to enquire into the irregularities in supply of free LPG gas connection to Below Poverty Line Families pursuant to the resolution of the Senkadu Panchayat dated 15.07.2010 and the subsequent complaint of the petitioner dated on 09.08.2010 of the willful omission of 94 Below Poverty Line Families and consequently, forbearing the respondent in any manner distributing the LPG gas connection to the unapproved list contrary to the eligibility and condition of free LPG gas connection scheme.
