In view of the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and taking into account the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, delay is condoned and this application is ordered subject to the condition that the appellant shall deposit a sum of Rs.1200/- in favour of the respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
