2.It is seen from records that the entire grievance raised by both the parties is revolving only on the genuineness of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate issued by the Secretary, Board of Secondary Education, Tamil Nadu bearing Registration No.271425, which shows that one V.Balakrishnan, the second respondent herein had obtained marks namely, 51, 37, 46, 39, 40 in Tamil, English, Maths, Science and Social Science respectively in March 1988, whereas a reply letter bearing Rc.No.322065/V2/2000 dated 17.03.2001 addressed by the Secretary, Director of Government to the General Manager, Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation Ltd., the appellant herein shows that the second respondent had obtained the above Mark sheet in March 1986.

vga 3.To find out whether the certificate bearing Registration No.271425/March 1988 originally belongs to the second respondent or not, the Director of School Education, DPI Campus, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600 006 should be impleaded as a party respondent. Therefore, the Director of School Education, DPI Campus, Nungambakkam, Chennai-600 006 is suo impleaded as the third respondent, since he is the necessary and proper party to be impleaded in this Appeal.

4.Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to furnish a full of set of papers to the learned Special Government Pleader in the course of the day to enable him to get instructions in this regard. 5.Post the matter on 03.08.2022 at 2.15 p.m.
