ORDER

The applicant is the claimant in dispute 2 before the Arbitral Tribunal and one of the respondents in dispute 1.

2. Both learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel for the four respondents submit that dispute 1 is at the argument stage and dispute 2 is at the stage of recording evidence on behalf of the respondents.

3. In minutes of the proceedings dated 03.01.2026, the Arbitral Tribunal has requested parties to seek extension of the mandate by at least nine months from the date of receipt of the order.

4. Considering the aforesaid, the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended in respect of both disputes 1 and 2 by a period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The application is allowed on these terms.
