Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against the 4th respondent secured appointment based on forged documents, by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 03.03.2021. 2.This writ petition is disposed by directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to dispose the representation of the petitioner after hearing due notice to the 4th respondent. It is made clear that order shall be passed by the following principles of natural justice by giving adequate opportunity to the 4th respondent and also to respond the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
