The petitioner has come forward with this petition to withdraw and transfer MC.No.3 of 2012 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur, to any of the Metropolitan Magistrate Courts in Chennai, which has competency to try the same.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submitted that a new Judicial Officer has been posted to that place. So, this petition has become infructuous. However, he seeks for early disposal of this case. 3.Hence, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvotriyur, is directed to dispose of M.C.No.3 of 2012 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
