CRIME NO.2632/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, made in Crl.MP.No.967/2021 in Crl.OP.No.19828/2020 dated 04.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of THE PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.19828 of 2020 for the offences punishable under sections 366(A) @ 366 (A), 363 of IPC and section 12 of POCSO Act, 2012 in Crime No.2632 of 2020. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
