Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to conduct comprehensive enquiry with the second to fourth respondents based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2015 and pass suitable order.

ORDER

Alleging that respondents 2 to 4 have demolishing the building of the petitioner without following due process of law, the petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 30.04.2015. As no order has been passed on the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the *first respondent is directed to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 30.04.2015 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to furnish the copy of the representation dated 30.04.2015 along with this order within a period of two weeks. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
