Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent on every day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, made in Crl.O.P.No.4711 of 2021 dated 12.03.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.L.CHARLES PREM KUMAR,Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.4711 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 506 (i) IPC in Crime No.5 of 2021.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
