O R D E R

According to the revision petitioners, the first respondenthas filed a suit in OS.No.174 of 2017 on the file of the District Munsif, Tiruppur seeking for the relief of permanent injunction restraining the revision petitioners not to evict except due process of law. The revision petitioners have filed written statement. The revision petitioners have

also received notice from the Commissioner of Tiruppur Municipal Corporation, wherein it has stated that the building is in dilapidated condition and further the revision petitioners have been directed to demolish the building. Hence, the revision petitioners have filed the present Civil Revision Petition before this Court for speedy disposal of the said suit.

2. Taking into consideration of the above facts and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners and the suit is of the year 2017, this Court is inclined to direct the District Munsif, Tiruppur to dispose of the above suit in OS.No.174 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
