Crl.M.P.No.8443 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.825 of 2022 D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J., This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to suspend the order of conviction and sentence dated 20.04.2022 made in Crl.A.No.72 of 2020, on the file of the learned XXIII Additional Judge, Sessions Court at Allikulam, Chennai by confirming the order dated 12.02.2020 made in C.C.No.9447/2018 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (Fast Track Court No.2), Egmore, Allikulam, pending disposal of the revision.
2. In spite of the opportunity being granted by this Court for the petitioner to surrender, the petitioner has not surrendered. Therefore, the petition prayed for suspension of sentence is dismissed.
