This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Certiorarified Mandamus, seeking records relating to an enquiry proceedings conducted by the second respondent against the petitioner herein. It is contended that the Enquiry Officer had returned a finding that the charges framed against the petitioner have not been proved. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been contended that the petitioner joined as a Junior Assistant on 12.08.2000 and was later promoted as Tahsildar on 06.04.2017. While he was serving as a Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition) Southern Railway, Tindivanam to Nagari Unit, a Charge Memo was issued to him on 28.08.2020. Following an enquiry, it was concluded that the charges were not established. Although the petitioner was called upon to provide further explanation, no final orders have been passed following the 2/5

findings of the Charge Memo.

3.A direction is given to the first respondent to examine the records relating to the charge memo issued against the petitioner in Na.Ka.A1/7861/2018 dated 28.08.2020 and to pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
