This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to register an FIR on the complaint of the petitioner dated 15.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard Mr.E.Vinothkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. On a reading of the complaint, the dispute essentially appears to be a tenant and landlord with regard to the return of advance amount. Therefore, no positive direction can be issued. Hence, this petition is closed with the liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
