O R D E R
(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) Mr.P.Vijendran, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3rd respondent forcibly broke open the premises of the writ petitioner, took possession of the property and handed it over to his client. In this context, a complaint was sent to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry on 29.03.2024. Since no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.
2. Mr.C.K.Chandrasekkar, learned counsel for the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, would submit that the actions have already been initiated and after its completion, necessary decision will be taken. 2/4

In view of the fact that the actions have already been initiated by the Bar Council to form prima facie opinion and refer the matter to the Disciplinary Committee, this Court is inclined to direct the second respondent to expedite the process and pass appropriate orders as expeditiously as possible.
