W.P.No.18253 of 2015 N.KIRUBAKARAN.J, This matter is brought before this Court for clarification stating that wrong description about the shop has been given in the order dated 25.06.2015. 2.

Heard the parties. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the schedule of the property which has been given in W.P.No.18250 of 2015 is wrong. Whereas, the correct description is given in W.P.No.18253 of 2015, which reads as follows: " .... Bunk Shop on the line of College Lane by the side of Bharath State Bank, Opp. Nibbles Food Court, College Road, Chennai-600 006 ... "

In view of that, the order dated 25.6.2015 is amended dealing with the Schedule of the property by incorporating the same from the prayer in W.P.No.18253 of 2015.
