ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 12.02.2018 thereby directed the authority to remove the petitioner's name as cultivating tenant in the adangal extract from the subject property and mutate the revenue records in favour of the fourth respondent. 2.

The impugned order has been passed in pursuant to the original order dated 02.05.2017. It is also seen from the records that the petitioner already filed appeal as against the order passed by the third respondent dated 02.05.2017 thereby rejected the request made by the petitioner in TR.No.1 of 2012 before the Appellate Authority i.e. Special Deputy Collector, Revenue Court, Thiruchirapalli in AP.No.4 of 2017 and it is pending. That apart, the order impugned in this writ petition dated 12.02.2018 has been now implemented and the records have been mutated in favour of the fourth respondent.

Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. It is made clear that if the petitioner succeeds in the appeal in AP.No.4 of 2017 pending on the file of the Special Deputy Collector, Revenue Court, Tiruchirapalli, the revenue authorities are directed to act accordingly. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
