GOVINDARAJAN THILAKAVADI, J.,) Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of a 'order passed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.J15/2912179/2025 dated 17.03.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned order' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

2. Learned counsel for writ petitioner submits that the original order was not served on the petitioner and therefore, the petitioner is not able to file the same and a photo copy of the impugned order is filed along with the typed set of papers. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to a portion of paragraph 15 of the support affidavit and the same reads as follows:

'15. I submit that, the original copy of the impugned order passed by the third respondent was not served to me till date. Hence, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted.
