Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the impugned marks statement issued on 18.06.2015 by the first respondent and quash the same as illegal and direct the first respondent to revalue the petitioner's PLUS two marks in Bilogy subject Zoology part based on the application dated 28.5.2015 for revaluation by appointing an independent competent evaluator in higher secondary level consequently issue fresh plus two mark sheet.
