ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard learned counsel for the revision petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

2. The review petition has been filed by couching the prayer of error in law being an error apparent on the face of record.

3. This is not in consonance with the principles of Order 47 Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code inasmuch as a review petition is not a rehearing, unless it is established that there is an error apparent on the face of record according to the principles laid down way back in AIR (37) 1950 Federal Court 131 (Jamna Kuar vs Lal Bahadur and others).

4. We do not find any such error apparent on the face of record so as to entertain this review application, which is accordingly consigned to records.
