ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.301 of 2015.

2. Heard Mr.S.Ilamvaludhi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Emalias, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Crime No.301 of 2015 has been completed and final report in C.C.No.166 of 2015 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that in a counter case in Crime No.302 of 2015, investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in C.C.No.184 of 2015 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai.

5. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruvannamalai, is directed to expeditiously conduct the trial in C.C.Nos. 166 and 184 of 2015 in accordance with law.
