ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further orders imposed by this Court dated 31.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2396 of 2025 in Cr.No.386 of 2024.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.2396 of 2025 ordered on 31.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
