Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the leave of the court to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition, without prejudice to his right to contend that the claim of the 1st respondent herein on whose application, he was directed to be impleaded as a party-defendant cannot be sustained. An endorsement to that effect has been made.
