The Official Liquidator was appointed as the Provisional Liquidator by order dated 12.12.2016 with a direction to take charge of the assets of the Company.

The Official Liquidator has filed a Status Report stating that the only immovable property has been sold by the secured creditor M/s.Punjab National Bank. The Deputy Official Liquidator would submit that as and when he is able to identify the properties of the Company, he would file necessary application for sale of the properties. This statement is recorded.

2. The Registry is directed not to list the Company Petition till such time an application is filed by the Official Liquidator seeking sale of the properties or otherwise.
