ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to effect the mutation of record in respect of existing patta No.CA.721 of 2013 vide proceedings TR/756/2013-2014 dated 03.05.2013 in favour of the petitioners by considering the petitioners representation dated 16.10.2023.

2. The petitioner submitted an application on 09.12.2021 with a request for issuance of patta, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.10.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for mutation of revenue records, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested 2/4

persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
