PRAYER: This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to modify the condition in clause 8(d) of the order dated 13.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2705 of 2025.

The petitioner seeks modification of the condition imposed on him in para no.8(d) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.2705 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is suffering from medical ailments and taking treatment at Royal Multi-specialty Hospital, Tirunelveli.

3. Considering the aforesaid fact, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para no.8(d) in Crl.O.P.No.2705 of 2025 dated 13.02.2025 is modified, directing the petitioner to appear before the Tirunelveli Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed in the order dated 13.02.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.2705 of 2025 shall remain unaltered.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered, and the Page No.2 of 4

condition is modified.
