This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 10.09.2015 and further direct the 2nd respondent police to give police protection to the petitioner and his family members.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry was conducted in CSR No.402 of 2015 and the same has been closed by the Inspector of Police, Kallakuruchi Police Station. Now it is alleged by the petitioner that when the petitioner wanted to put up a compound wall around his house, the opposite party is causing hindrance. is directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint in writing to the second respondent and on such complaint being given, the second respondent is directed to enquire both the parties and take action in accordance with law.
