This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records pertaining to the impugned order Na.Ka.No.6720/2020 H1 dated 30.11.2020 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as illegal and incompetent and consequently direct the 1st respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the birth certificate bearing No.089/2016/02/00096.

2. It is stated that the name of the petitioner had been deleted from the birth certificate of Mohammed Nazrudeen who was born on 23.01.2016. A copy of the birth certificate had been produced before this Court. No further directions are required as the issue had been addressed. 2/4
