O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition passed in Crl.M.P.No..444 of 2019, on the file of the Principal and Sessions Judge, Perambalur. 2.It is seen that the learned principal District and Sessions Judge, Perambalur in Crl.M.P.No.444 of 2019 has granted bail on certain conditions, one among the condition is : ''8(b). The the petitioners/accused shall stay at Madurai and appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Law and Order, Thallakulam P.S., Madurai daily twice at 10.00 a.m. And 05.00 P.m. Until further orders.''

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the second petitioner is being an aged lady, she seeks to modify the condition in 8(b).

4. Heard Mr.Dr.G.Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.C.Raghavan, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

5. In view of the above, the condition No.8(b) imposed by the principal and Sessions Judge, Perambalur on 22.03.2019 in Crl.M.P.No.444 of 2019 is modified to the extent that the second petitioner is directed to appear before the Inspector of Police, Law and Order, Thallakulam Police station, Madurai, as and when required for interrogation. All the other conditions shall remain intact.
