A-Registrar of Septankulam Village in respect of S.No.256/5, (2). Settlement Deed in Document No.1347/1988, dated 26.12.1988 and (3). Settlement Deed in Document No.422/2005, dated 13.04.2005 by considering his representation dated 18.11.2025 and pass such further or other orders.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to issue separate Patta in the name of the petitioner for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer of this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's online application dated 18.11.2025, within time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that he is entitled for the issuance of separate Patta in his name for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer of this Writ Petition. The petitioner had submitted online application on 18.11.2025 with the respondent, seeking for issuance of separate Patta in his name. Since the said application has not been considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, the learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondent if the petitioner's application is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the necessary parties, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's application.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's online application dated 18.11.2025, seeking for grant of separate Patta in his name for the property more fully disclosed in the prayer of this Writ Petition, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner and after hearing all the necessary parties, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
