ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to pass an appropriate orders on the petitioner's claim of refixation of pay on par with his Junior M.Padmavathi. 2.Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. It is seen by a communication dated 27.10.2023, it was communicated to the petitioner and the proposal is forwarded to the appropriate Authority. But no orders have been passed till date. Hence, this writ petition.
4. When the matter came up for hearing Mr.Stalin Abimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, on written instructions Page No. 2 of 5
submit that the necessary action are being taken to issue orders to the petitioner. He prays for eight weeks time for passing necessary orders in this regard.
5. In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction issued to the respondents to complete the action and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
