Crl.M.P.No.5044 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023 that the petitioner shall stay at Cuddalore and report before the Inspector of Police, Old Town Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5168 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Moranam Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the respondent every Saturday at 06.30 p.m., until further orders.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
